Born and raised in San José, Costa Rica, Gustavo moved to Ansonia with a dream: to share the authentic flavors of their homeland with their new community. After years of perfecting their family recipes, they opened Chifrijos CT to bring you the most genuine Costa Rican dining experience in Connecticut.
